Apollo is a 2011, 16.1hh, TB, gelding available for sale. Apollo is a past graduate of our sales program who has spent the last 2 years with a loving, novice owner who has been taking riding lessons and trail riding. Before his current owner, we had him in our program as an off track restart after a successful racing career, who turned into a wonderful part boarding & lesson horse who was thereafter purchased by a great family! Unfortunately, personal circumstances with his owner have found us looking for a new home for this wonderful guy!

He currently WTC and does a 2ft course with a solid change with scope for more. Apollo has an excellent jump with untapped scope/potential for the 3ft ring but has also been used in beginner lessons- learn to post, learn to steer, you name it! He has been off property for hacking & has seen a full hunter course at horse shows, but would be new to competing and would benefit from a trainer's oversight, in that regard, but is safe and willing for all levels of riders. He has had a solid foundation up to this point and is ready to travel!

Apollo lives outside with no maintenance. He is sound barefoot, but is currently shod in the front because he is in a full program & jumping more extensively since moving back to our farm. He has spent the last 2 years extensively trail riding, doing liberty work, and light ring work and doesn't require a full program to be enjoyed! He is easy to handle, ship, tie, bath, hack alone, and is great with small kids.
